Originally from Oregon, Dr. Welch received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Oregon State University then went on to acquire his Doctoral of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University. After practicing on the New York Racetracks, he recently returned home to start a private practice serving clients in the Longview and Rainier area.
